Joint Pain / Knee Pain

A condition that causes deterioration of the protective fluid (Synovial Fluid) surrounding the joints and bones, osteoarthritis often results in joint pain, stiffness, and a reduced range of movement.

Because osteoarthritis symptoms occur during both periods of movement and rest, they often interfere with normal activities like walking, dressing, and sleeping.

Osteoarthritis of of any joint can cause:

  • Tenderness
  • Pain during movement
  • A sensation of ā€˜gratingā€™ or ā€˜catchingā€™ when moving the joint
  • Pain severe enough to prevent proper exercise, which leads to weak muscles.
